We were very happy with the staff running this hotel! Really nice people and very professional. Specially the people cleaning our room Cafer and Ayse, every day our room was as new! But also everyone from the restaurant, lobby and gym! Really would like to say thank you for a excellent stay!

Location is good if you come for business as many offices are located here. Hotel is new and rooms are quite spacious with modern appliances, new shower and toilet and bathroom in whole. Feeling pleasant and comfortable in the room.

This Sheraton Grand Ataşehir Istanbul is a very nice clean & comfortable hotel upto sheraton standards. It has a nice breakfast. We have taken their suiet room no 2410. It has a club lounge access, we enjoyed their club lounge hospitality. The views from our room were great although it was city view but at night time the city lights view won't let you bored. Beds were comfortable and we also used their sofa bed in adjoining lounge. Size of suite is not a large one we were expecting but better than a room only. There were two toilets which was a plus to get ready all three of us at a time. The young man at check-in greeted us well and send special fruit basket and dry fruits platter as a welcoming gesture. We are very thankful for his quick check-in & check-out process. The room & Hotel both were superb in terms of comfort, quality of stay and super effective friendly staff but the location was a bit away from the hassle bussle of Asia side Istanbul although on Asia side. Sabiha Gochen Airport is 45min away. Taxis are available within two minutes of hotel call. This hotel is suitable to those who have bussiness or meetups nearby. Overall my stay experience was comfortable & good.

I like the location at most as it was very close to my meeting location. I walked for 10 mins only to reach business area. Also staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I need any help. Room service food was also quite delicious.

Elegant hotel with exceptional location on walking distance from water garden. Connecting rooms were very large compared to other hotels. Swimming pool is huge and breakfast food was delicious. I liked that chef goes around buffet with dish of the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Had a great stay at Sheraton. The room was really big, the view was beautiful, and the staffs were helpful. The facilities were great as well.

Check in was quick and easy, very pleasant due to the staff members: they are just wonderful : very elegant, kind, welcoming, helpful and attractive :) They upgraded us to a larger room, thank you, that was lovely and we loved it there :) The view is beautiful, how wonderful to wake up like this. The food was delicious. The beds and pillows are insanely comfortable, very clean good linens, never slept that good :) Checkout was just as easy and fast. What particularly impressed us, when we came to the hotel a week later due to an appointment at the business tower, the staff was just as wonderful, even though we were no longer guests, and helped us, got us a taxi, incredibly polite, always with a smile, charming and professional in every way. Thank you! Can't wait to come back.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast options and service, proximity to The Water Gardens Mall(AVM), quite neighborhood and excellent Ajmi-outdoor pool.
