Sheraton Grand Istanbul Atasehir

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. Here’s a breakdown: Reception: The receptionist was polite but not particularly engaging & understandable. Restaurant: The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with the chefs clearly skilled and attentive. Breakfast stood out with its wide variety and delicious options. Rooms: The rooms were clean, and my high-floor room offered a nice view. However, I feel more attention to detail in cleaning would be beneficial. Despite this, the hotel overall smells fresh, and areas like the foyer and elevators are spotless. Pool and Gym: The pool was large, clean, and not crowded, with a pleasant temperature. The gym was also well-equipped and enjoyable to use. Spa: The spa center didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the sauna was decent, the overall spa experience lacked variety and didn’t feel as comprehensive as I hoped. Staff: The main restaurant staff were extremely polite and attentive, as were the chefs. Their hospitality added a lot to the stay. Parking: Convenient on-site parking was available, which is always a plus. In summary, this hotel has a lot to offer, with clean facilities, excellent food, and a great pool and gym.Thank you for the hospitality!

We were very happy with the staff running this hotel! Really nice people and very professional. Specially the people cleaning our room Cafer and Ayse, every day our room was as new! But also everyone from the restaurant, lobby and gym! Really would like to say thank you for a excellent stay!

A modern, luxurious hotel. The room was big and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean. The toilet was vast enough. The breakfast was tasty and rich. The staff was very helpful and amiable.
